FAQ: 

Q: Do you require us to use specific vendors? 
     A: No, we allow outside vendors that are licensed and insured- However, we do have a list of recommended vendors that we adore + encourage!

Q: Do you require us to have event insurance? 
     A: Yes, like most venues, you are required to obtain event insurance 30-days prior to your event- No worries! We have an event agent we highly recommend! 

Q: How do we book a date? 
     A: After a tour, we schedule a time with you to go over your contract, collect your down payment + answer any/all questions you might have!  

Q: Is the barn climate controlled? 
     A: Is it not; however, we have permanent fans to assist with the barns natural air-flow as well as patio heaters that you may use free of charge! 

Q: Do you have weddings 12 months out of the year?
     A: We do not; We are seasonal so we have weddings + events April-November
